The two last images are based on the 2Ver. of the MOC I had done for them that had these huge ugly backpacks. The new MOC, middle, is cleaner.

1) take your teeth

this shit ... is so peak ..... i already LOVED this song but it sounds so much cleaner + the "im a robot motherfuckers" from nekomaru is integrated into the final chorus part so much better. i have no words it just fixed every problem i had with the original while just adding more to make it perfect. only complaint is that they took away ibuki's "nuh uh nuh uh" and "uh huh uh huh". give her her babbling back .....

2) lucky

the guitar. the guitar. it sounds like the lorax instrumentals in the best way possible. alec is such a good vocalist FUCK!!!!!!!!!! ts ..... is so peak ...... i loved this song already but i swear the guitar alone moved it up way higher

3) stranger to myself

highkey am very biased towards this song but THE INSTRUMENTALLLLLL IHSKWUJDHEBHFEJFFEJFEJ UWUUEUEUEUEUEUEUEUUE EU UEEU i am in love with you alex habert. /p /silly ive loved this song like for forever because !! wow i really relate to it !!! (this is not a good thing) but !! me !!!!!!!! realest shit ive ever seen. maturing is realizing that hajime hinata was oddly good sys rep. besides the whole evil alter thing bbbbbut yk!!! the rest was fire

4) case of despair

everyone bow down to olivia celenza. oh my lord. she sounds so evil. i love it. my girlfreak mikan tsumiki. this is such a great villain song because the real horror really was just that mikan was a normal and happy girl until she got bullied and sexualized by everyone around her. the girl who learned to be a nurse so someone could nurse her bruises. ouh. never die mikan tsumiki. ooooh wait

5) ballad to life

this song is so damn good. it portrays both gundam and nekomaru so well plus IT GOES HARD 💔 i overall really love this musical's style of music ?? i dont know how to describe it but. its tropical mixed with broadway. its so perfect. ted heavner is such a vocal powerhouse it isnt even funny. god i love this song

6) olympus

oh my GOD oh my god olympus was already one of my favorite songs from the live version but the chorus sounds GREATTTTT not to mention hajime/izuru joining the final chorus !!!! its so .... peak ...... eloise sounds great as always i cant believe how much range she has (fuyuhiko, junko, then monaca in udgm)

7) remnants of despair

i really like this song but something about the mixing just ?? really feels off. but this is one of if not my favorite songs from the live production!!! i just think it really got outshined on the cast album

8) one seat on the boat

the mixing on this track REALLY helps fix a lot of the muddiness that happened in the live recording. not to mention the instruemmentlaa s.🤤🤤 god ive loved this song for SO long and this recording is just the icing on the cake (brso reference). bbbut .... i do prefer "thunderous rage" over "thundering rage" .... sheds a tear

9) know thy enemy

absolute peak song but i am so tired of hearing it i cannot listen to it again to write this. just know i like it both in the cast album and the live version 💔

10) grow up (extra)

this song is so fucking funny i cant. i fear i dont even know whos singing (i think its hiyoko and mahiru????) but its still amazing either way. bullying works ........ theres a reason daddy left ....... i giggled

11) punishment time medley! (extra)

i fear the original punishment times from hdm were some of my favorites so i was very joyous to hear this ... gundams punishment time went so hard i cannot put it into words. so did pekos. "she counted on her master but she wasnt good at math" KILLED me. never die monokumers 💖

12) endless ocean

i really do love this song but i fear it just gets beaten out by a lot of other songs on the album!! its so good but i fear 11 other songs are better. still an amazing act 1 finisher tho !!!

13) getaway

i really love this song in the live version but its just. something feels missing?? i still love it but it feels like some of the personality has been sucked out of it. still a peak song tho 💖

14) last night of your life

classic. reminds me of big fun from heathers. its good, but it just gets outclassed by the others. plus i really dont like a few of the minor changes. i fear the live version will always be better to me.

15) out of hibernation

the instrumental is GREAT but just like getaway, somethings missing. except it feels? worse?? i like the check 1 2 stuff but. something feels off with eislinn's voice. take your teeth has her sounding a lot better so ?? i have no clue what happened

16) right there with you

good song, i just. dont like it. i love ibuki but i just really dont care for this one 💔 the chorus is catchy but it just doesnt hit for me

17) any other ending

objectively this song is good. and im pretty sure its one of the fan favorites. but goddamn i just cannot like this song. it doesnt scratch my brain. isa cruz is to altos as shiraoki is to matikanefukukitaru. but goddamnit i just dont like this song. snoozefest. i am so sorry

18) endless ocean (reprise)

this song isnt bad its just .. really forgettable ?? i lowkey forgot it existed until the cast album

19) dumbstruck (extra)

okay dont get me wrong, i LOVE bella!!!! theyre a great singer but. i just think this song is WAYYY out of their range. the high parts sound phenomenal bbut. i am so sorry they cannot hit those low notes. this is in no way their fault but. sigh if this song was just keyed up like one octave it'd be so much better.

no i am not ranking we are teruteru. its funny but i cant seriously put it anywhere on this list without feeling the weight of one thousand stones pelting me to death
