So do you think since AGEs are God Eaters on steroids, that maybe the younger you are the more animalistic instincts override your normal human ones?
Like The Hounds, are just little freaks. Like they're already sheltered as fuck from what a normal childhood should be so imagine them being somewhat feral in the way they react to different things. I mean I don't even think they have a sense of personal space or boundaries.
I mean, my MC is a good example, he's a bit of a freak that has heightened hearing and quick reflexes. When startled or panicked, he's almost like a scared cat or a feral dog, lashing out with bared teeth. He's not normal by any means.
So imagine with me, if you will, Hugo. He's got fangs, certainly not your average canines, no. They're slightly longer, more dog-like canines. Now also imagine with me, he's already protective of his family, yeah? Well ramp it up by a 100. It's instinct, not developed. It's in his blood at this point.
Edit: Woah wait imagine if they have some uncanny features that make them more freaky? Like having reflective eyes like an animal?
I'm rambling cause I like the thought of not only fanged Hugo but also the idea that Hilda just casually adopted a group of feral freak children and didn't even bat an eye when one of them squared up with her cat.
