I don’t know if this needs to be said, but I’m gonna say it anyways.

I’m sure you’ve all heard about the Grey Eyebrows Protection Squad (or GEDS because we’re dorks who sometimes say Defense instead of Protection) where we’ve sworn to protect David Tennant’s eyebrows.

I’m also sure we’re all smart and know this is all a silly meme. At the time of me writing this, I haven’t heard of anyone actually pestering DT about this (well, it would have to go through Georgia first as her husband is oblivious how social media works), or anyone getting into fights with others on the internet regarding it.

It’s all meant to be fun at the end of the day and a joke among friends.

We all love how gracefully this man is aging and are happy he’s confident enough to show it.

But let’s be smart about this.

I just scrolled through so much of your blog to try and figure out this grey eyebrows thing lol

It all started with this post by @lovethytennant. I swore to protect those grey beauties with my life, I got promoted to management of the Grey Eyebrows Protection Squad (which strangely has the acronym of GEDS because we’ve been using Protection and Defence interchangeably because we’re a bunch of nerds who can’t keep the name of our own squad straight. Like seriously, I look back on my previous posts trying to figure out what the heck I just called the squad. I blame the cold medicine...)

A bunch of people swore allegiance to our squad. We ride our eyebrow pencils into battle screaming “IT IS DEFENDED!”

It’s all good fun.

Oh, and I think there’s milkshakes involved somehow?

Yeah, we’re a strange bunch...
