I’mma try to whip up some minis or sample comics soon (yeah yeah, I said the same thing months ago), and I’ll try to be consistent with posting pages as I draw them! I’ll probably focus on minis to start, maybe to get people interested in the characters? (After all, if you don’t like the characters, you won’t really care about the comic!)

yEAH MAN LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR COMIC (only if you promise to work on it like you want to)

WOOOO!

Okay, so I’m gonna do this story about 5 main people who work/live in a giant-ass mall complex sort of thing. I took inspiration from a weird-ass Canadian hipster movie I saw one time called Waydowntown. But that part's actually not that important!

The real meat of the story is about the way my characters interact, and what they want most out of life! My main 5 each come from a different sort of place, met each other in the same bar/restaurant (which is managed by one of them), and all sort of convene there every night to hang out together. But I plan on taking a chapter for each one of them, to explain how they got there, who they are, and what they're trying to get out of life.

BUT! A PLOT TWEEST!

When Unemployed Character takes a job from a mysterious shady character, it kicks off bizarre chain of events. Shady Guy keeps showing up to fuck up everyone's lives in some probably minor way, but it keeps getting bigger and bigger...and it goes all the way to the top. And I'm not gonna lie, when I actually came up with the finale I want to use, I actually stopped myself and said "What the fucking fuck did I just write?"

But yeah, it's mostly just about the ways in which the Main Five live and do things, and how the story just shapes around them and gets increasingly weirder!

Also it's got excessive cartoony violence and potential comedic nudity and a diverse cast and I didn't really write any romance parts, so there's not even any room for love triangles and other tropey junk like that. SO YEAH!

Also, I'm kinda proud of some of this dialogue I've been coming up with! o3o

Now I just gotta finish writing it...and uh...draw it. :T

Only the Alpha Kids, master of each 4 elements could stop him, but when the planets needed them most, they vanished.
