You know, for all the ways Geilo is in nowhere… it has a lot of public bathrooms.

The public library has a bathroom that is unisex and disabled. It also is located in a school building so if it is occupied, you can visit other bathrooms in the same building. (Cannot comment on them though.)

Right across the library is a gas station, with a public bathroom.

During the Winter Months, the Bakery at Highland is open, as is it’s public bathrooms. You have to go downstairs for it, so it is not the most acessible, but it is there.

There are well maintained public bathrooms at Geiloporten, including disabled bathrooms.

Across the street is Amfi Geilo which also has public bathrooms. Not as well maintained as Geiloporten, (the Women’s bathroom always smells a little off tbh, but they are cleaned every day.) There is also no disabled bathrooms there.

There is a disabled unisex bathroom at the Spar. It is kind of Hidden and hard to get to, not is it the most well maintained, but going there makes me feel like I am on a quest.

There are bathrooms at Cafe Mocca. While technically for guests only, they will not bat an eye if you enter it and then leave.

Also in the middle of the pedestrian zone, there are public bathrooms, including disabled ones.

And here I am excluding most of the hotels and resturants there. Truly one of the most shitable places I have ever been in of all of Norway.
