hi a question why does Tumblr.DE use “gelikt” when all other social media sites I’ve seen use gefallen to show likes

My Tumblr likes to mess with me

My tumblr is being an ass. I selected English as my language from the very beginning and now it suddenly is all German except the Account menu which is still in English. I tried to set Japanese as my language aaaaaand what happened? Yes! Everything was still German except the Account menu in the right top corner. I don’t know what happened.
