I can’t say enough how under appreciated Casualty is. They tackle so many hard hitting subjects and never get the appreciation they deserve.

Tonight especially. Gem, David, Dani, Ruby, Jan, Iain... everyone was spectacular. Such a difficult and close to home subject played out so well.

They deserve awards.

Just watched the Casualty ep. It was very gripping! Loved the tit for tat between Connie and Jac. Both of them have this attitude "Shut up. I'm right, you're wrong." which makes it almost impossible for their interactions to be without confrontation.

It does seem like one disaster after another at this wretched hospital. Poor Henrik. He can't even catch a break with his work life. YAU unit with it's bad press followed up with a cyber attack that takes down all the hospital major systems. I'm amazed he has managed to avoid being fired.

The Iain storyline is heartbreaking. As much as Gem was getting in the way, I feel like it was an accurate portyal of family members in denial. Depression can be such a silent disease. A lot of the times, close family have no idea. It's a good story to bring awareness. Ruby needs all the hugs though!!!

not only did they fill the previously with gem/rash and ethan/alicia, we also had the world’s most unecessary scene with that whole coffee thing……love it!
