Part 1 of 2. I’m starting to pick up Bosco’s training where Martin left off. Here I am doing some impulse control work with Bosco using the Spitze toy marker. The first rep is easy but the second rep has increased difficulty. 2nd rep includes: offered drop of the toy without me holding a second toy, I pick up the offered dropped toy, obedience behaviour before the spitze marker, running over the dead toy on the ground on the way to the chair, and cuing Tac (ie. chase) before picking up the toy on the chair (ie. presentation second). The fast offered drops tell me that Bosco doesn’t find these concepts difficult.
