Do you know how to calm a Gemini? Like how to get them to relax and not be so all over the place all the time? Get them to commit to things, people or relationship or how to keep them interested without tiring myself out and without them getting bored of me? I guess this is more of an astrology advice question
You Cannot Control a Gemini
Their duality will not allow it. Gemini’s are ruled by air. The one thing we all feel for a moment but can’t touch, Can't see. It is elusive, just like they are. It’s their nature to want to be free. Mercury is actually our fastest planet. Only taking 88 days to revolve around the sun in comparison to Earth’s 365. He takes a break 3 or 4 times a year during retrograde but is right back to flitting around the solar system. He runs a mile a minute and so do his children. There is so much goddamn energy in them they had to be split in two.
They are not able to be contained. Trying to may run you the risk of experiencing their more evasive and cunning side. The part that makes you feel that you got “tricked”. The one that tries to outwit you so they don’t fall into your grasp. Mutable signs mediate change and change their modes of expression frequently. This is often why they are notorious for being flirts or unable to commit. If they somehow do commit, just be aware they will continue to be friendly and will continue to charm others even if they never physically make a move. It’s because they are pixie-like by nature. They need massive amounts of stimulation.
Which brings me to my next point. Though you may not be able to truly ever lock them down [unless they choose to be], you can hold their attention if you stimulate their minds. They are pixies. The like to play. So play with them, mentally. They have no problem doing it to you. See both sides of their arguments. They love a good mental-sparring session. They like to talk. Learn new information. Exchanging ideas. If their cerebral faculties are satisfied, they feel fulfilled. Boredom is their biggest fear. They enjoy freedom. They don’t like being smothered but seduce their minds and you’ll have their attention.
