Donny goes missing so Gemma asks Dodger to help find him. She mentions Donny hasn’t been right since that night in Liverpool, and Dodger is a little shady with his response. Gemma realizes something else must have happened, and recalls there was CCTV at the house. Froggy has the keys so Gemma goes back to investigate…

I really hope this doesn’t mean Gemma finds footage of her dad being SA’d 😬😬

Gemma did well in that scene. But when she was talking about the evil in their eyes when they came back but not knowing how far he'd taken it, it gets a bit annoying. She knew exactly how far Griff had taken it so why could she not make the connection.

No mention of Dodger on the footage, but he'd have to be there; they were in the same room.

At least we got a tiny bit of backstory to Sully. Froggy is irritating. No hint of remorse knowing the guys he sent to watch his kid were the ones who put him on this path. I can't tell if they were hinting at them assaulting him or just that they were his mentors/role models. This would bother me way less if Froggy wasn't just reminiscing about Grace with Rex.

The only person to think about Dodger the entire episode was Sully. And we got a return of 'pretty boy'!

I did like the scene with Gemma for the most part, but yeah, I don't know why she couldn't make the connection a lot sooner after finding out what Griff did to Dodger.

Yeah, I was waiting for a mention of Dodger being on the footage, like, we know it has to have his assault on it as well.

Froggy irritated me as well during that scene with Sully. I was really hoping he'd ask more questions about what Sully said, but of course he didn't. I also wasn't sure what they were hinting - my mind goes straight to assault, of course. But as you said, it could just have been that they were his mentors/role models, so, he learned by watching them (still so fucked up though, might I add, especially if they were making him witness what they did when he was just a kid).

I can't believe that was our only Dodger mention 😭 I did like the return of 'pretty boy' though!
