Online vs. Offline searches
Honestly, the conclusions that this study came to kind of surprised me. I expected the article to bash the internet in terms of quality answers. Finding answers online can be super easy, or it can be a wild goose chase. When I search online, I don't just trust the answer from one source; to make sure that the answer I found was reliable, I search different sites to make sure that everything lines up.
I have yet to ask a librarian for help here at MSU. I just find it easier to search for information online. It's more comfortable and convenient to conduct an online search, rather than an offline one.
