Mystic Lore

According to mystic lore, your left hand and right hand have different purposes. When deciding which hand to wear your gemstone & crystal jewelry depends on what you want the stones to do. I will explain the differences below.

Left Hand- Receiving Hand. Receives and absorbs positive energy into the body. Wearing a gemstone or crystal bracelet on this hand means you want to receive particular energies from the outside.

Example: If you want to attract love you can wear Rose Quartz on your left hand to absorb its benefits.

Gemstones and crystals used for calming and relaxing the mind should also be worn on the left hand. As well as energizing ones that heal.

Your left hand is associated with the subconscious, it is the pathway to your internal domains.

The energetic flow for your left side is toward you

Right Hand- The giving hand/Releases energy. Wear gemstone and crystal bracelets on this hand to release negative & toxic energies to the outside while protecting yourself from receiving any negative energy. Also wear when you want to manifest your intentions.

Example: If you want to release negative energy you can wear Black Tourmaline. It will release negative energy and protect you from negative energies.

The energetic direction for the right side is away from you.

Stones- the left VS right side

Rose Quartz;

Left side- if you absorb the energy of the stone.

Right side- radiate and manifest more love, kindness & compassion

Amethyst;

Left side- reduce emotional stresses

Right side- calming environment to benefit both yourself & others

Sunstone;

Left side- fulfill your needs and desires

Right side- channel healing & blessings

TIPS

If you decide that you want to change a bracelet you had on your left hand and now wear on the right it is recommended that you cleanse or smudge it before you do so

All sunstones / moonstones should be kept away from stones associated with the planets Saturn and Venus.

Try not to wear Carnelian & Amethyst together. Carnelian boosts energy, While Amethyst calms your energy. They will cancel each other out.

The Yin represents our left/ feminine side while the Yang represents your right/ masculine side.
