As an Admin/Mod it is YOUR Job to:

1. Maintain the RP blog. This is the most important function.

Answer asks.

Update App count

Frickin' accept or decline apps

2. Make sure crap in the RP is running smoothly.

Deal with OOC drama

Deal with criticism/complaints with the RP

Make sure there are events happening to keep your players happy

Activity Checks!!! Activity checks!!!!! Activity checks!!!!!!

3. Appropriately promote the RP.

Hopefully on a separate promo blog

This isn't as important as 1 or 2

It should not hinder you from performing 1 and 2

It's still pretty important though. Especially when the RP is first starting off.

Do your jobs, please Admins. That's what you're around for.

Do you have any tips on becoming more noticeable in the RPC/H/A World? I used to be a shit roleplay helper, to be honest, but I'm working on getting better. I got rid of the god-awful monochrome theme and revamped by blog. I've also been trying to make more helpful posts {ex. Tangled dreamcasts}. I'm a big fan of you, so any tips would be much appreciated!

Well sweetness, we are touched first of all to have fans. But my biggest suggestion to you is to create your own resources (e.g. guides, reviews, rants, content of all sorts), and to simply be helpful. It sounds like common sense and I'm sure you already do it. But it never hurts to advertise yourself in the tags, offering up your services to people. What you really want to do is make your name synonymous with being nothing but immensely helpful.

You're completely and utterly adorable. I think that you trying this hard shows all you want to do is help and that's all that matters. Being popular is one thing, but being truly helpful is another. Just do what you think is helpful and what you do best. Write a guide, make a color scheme, just create something that comes easy and will help because I can assure you someone will find it useful. Thank you so much for admiring us, we're so overly excited we have people think of us like this!
