UPDATE!!! To those who were concerned about me and myself accidentally running into a Bad Egg, I released both of the Shiny Ralts. If they were legimate that's ok because I have plenty of Shiny Sandwiched Shiny Ralts in Scarlet and Violet. You can still answer my question in the continued keep reading area below because answers are welcomed!!

I'm worried.

I got the DNS Pokemon Network thing to finish the dex in Pokemon Diamond and Black as I flocked to it immediately after hearing about it a few days ago. I was traded 2 shiny Japanese ralts in Diamond. I'm scared of getting a Bad Egg and really fear them. The Ralts looked legit as it had all 4 egg moves and it was somehow hatched in 2008 for some reason??? I heard horror stories about this in both games and heard about this whilst researching about this I'm wondering:

1. Are Bad Eggs dangerous in Diamond and Black? If one is more dangerous than the other do tell.

2. Can Bad Eggs spawn without hacking/cheat? I'm not worried they'll spawn randomly even tho I didn't do anything malicious and just traded.

3.Which leads me to ask can they spawn randomly through normal gameplay?

4. And finally, can Bad Eggs be received through trade? Probably the one I'm most concerned about at the moment.

I really want to complete the dex. I'm just a little scared now to do so. I know some things about the bad egg like the basics of not being able to get rid of them but I heard they're very destructive and spread in boxes and I do not want to lose years worth of progress as Black was my first game and Diamond was my second. Please help me just in case I actually get a Bad Egg (hopefully not). I'll be deleting this once I get my answers.
