So I just got a girlfriend, and for the time that she admitted she liked me, I haven't had a boy day. I've just felt like a girl. All the time. Am I not genderfluid anymore or?
I guess time will tell. Gender does change over time (and can be affected by relationships, as well as vice versa).

On Changing a Character's Gender For Cosplay.
NO. Just no. I do not mind someone hiding their own gender to pull of a cosplay. That is legitimate. There is no reason to change a character's gender just so you can cosplay. It ruins the entire character because you must change their name, certain habits, clothing style, etc. to fit the new gender. IT IS ALL WRONG. Just..wrong.
