[ START ID :  Four rectangular flags with thirteen horizontal stripes. The first two flags are in color, and the second two are in monochrome shades of gray. The flag is horizontally symmetrical, the stripe in the middle is wavy and minty blue in hue. The other stripes from the top to the middle are as follows : Peacock Blue (wavy stripe), Deep Aqua (thin stripe), Pacific Blue (thin stripe), Bright Sky Blue (thin stripe), Bright Aqua (lace bordered stripe), Bright Cyan (lace bordered stripe). This pattern repeats from the bottom to the middle.

The flag on the left contains an anchor symbol in the middle in a dark Peacock Blue, with a thick Buttery White stroke and then a smaller Peacock Blue stroke.
