ID template:

A complex flag with 19 horizontal stripes of varying width. The thinnest are the 7th and 11th stripes, after that are the 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 17th and 18th stripes, and the widest ones are 1st, 2nd, 9th, 18th, and 19th. The top and Bottom stripes are wavy and facing inwards, and both of the edges of the middle one are scalloped. In the middle of the flag, there's a square with rounded corners, on which, there is a colour lipgloss symbol, thinly outlined in colour . The colours of the stripes, in order of top to bottom, are colours.
