cis people might have it easier in that regard, even. like if you’re changing your name to one that's “gendered” in the same way as your current name, people might be confused but no one’s going to judge you for it. i assume more so if you’re an adult, though, it’s going to be more difficult for children/teens regardless

In the Thanksgiving episode! At the end, a stripper flirts with Ted and tells him her name is 'Tracy', and Ted messes with his kids by telling them that was their mother for a moment. Of course Ted's kids would know their mother's first name, so for them to believe it, 'Tracy' had to be accurate!

you bet it will! because just like premarital sex (which of course has NOTHING to do with them getting married so soon), divorce is a sin in the eyes of the lord, which of course is far more important than your happiness and that of your children!

this is the fourth engagement i've seen on my feed this week and im going to lose my damn mind. This also happens to be the same guy who infuriated me so much with his opinions that it inspired me to come out very publicly as asexual.
