maybe I'm not female or male maybe I'm just... nothing? This is confusing because what way do I want to be perceived or perceived myself gender wise isn’t a topic that comes up. I'm confused help

Random self-realization.  Whenever I read poetry, I always assume that the speaker is female.  Even when I know it is written by a man who has spoken about how it is based off of his own experiences, I almost always still go to place female pronouns on the speaker when I discuss the poem.  This is something that I will now be trying to fix myself of.  If you notice me talk about a speaker of a poem in female, lemme know.  I will try to use 'they' in all cases.

This is a bad record that makes other bad records use to feel superior. It gives the equivalent feeling of the morning after a groupie sleeps with Chris Brown and she hears a Rihanna song on the radio on the cab back to her apartment.
