What personal promises are you making your customers?
Promise Yourself You'll Make Your Dreams Happen
Promise Yourself You’ll Make Your Dreams Happen
I was talking to a potential suitor, giving a run down of my bucket list. I’d love to visit Hawaii, go on a Mediterranean cruise to Spain and Greece, and experience an African safari. As I went on sharing the experiences I’d love to have, the places I’d love to visit and the foods I’d love to try he listened quietly. When I finally shut up he said,
“I promise to make all that happen for you.”

Random self-realization. Whenever I read poetry, I always assume that the speaker is female. Even when I know it is written by a man who has spoken about how it is based off of his own experiences, I almost always still go to place female pronouns on the speaker when I discuss the poem. This is something that I will now be trying to fix myself of. If you notice me talk about a speaker of a poem in female, lemme know. I will try to use 'they' in all cases.

Oh dear. No pictures since August... I'm so sorry. I quit working out so I'm having to start at square one. This time, I really want it. A lot of things have been going wrong in my life, so it'd be nice if I could at least be in control of my body. I started cutting myself last night, which I shouldn't have done. Nothing too deep, but I need to be happy again. I've also been having sex, was called a slut in a polite way, and lost financial aid. Told ya, it's been tough lately...
My promise to myself;
This year and every year coming...
To start daring to be.
