My Dad was one of my biggest supporters. I think he must have wondered what I was doing when I left corporate America and created first, Inspire, and then The Joy Practice®. But he Never Wavered in his Belief in me. This was never stated in words. But I FELT it. My dad passed away this summer. One month prior to his passing he purchased this painting here called Godhead, and another large painting to hang beside it. Dad was an architect. And he and my mom were particular about the art pieces they chose. So to have him want my artwork in his home felt so good to me. Godhead is now in our home. I do not know what is next for me. Losing two parents in 10 months time opens up the earth - this gaping hole feels really uncertain. I cannot SEE it but I Trust that I am building my own foundation to hold myself secure. Over and over My breath is what saves me and carries me to freedom. #love #joy #freedom #trust #dorothyangelbrown #geneangelbrown #elleninspires #thejoypractice (at Inspire, the joy practice - ART Studio & Gallery)
