the words are barely audible as you shift in place, bringing your hands close together. fiddling with your fingers, you watch as droids mill about, chattering with one another.

there's a clack against the metallic panels, the figure looming over you, his shadow casting well beyond your stature.

"everything is going according to plan. was there something you desired, my sweet?"

"no," you shake your head, fighting back a yawn, "i woke up not too long ago, only to find you were not beside me."

he rumbles, chest plate vibrating ever so slightly, "my deepest apologies. there was a.. brief setback i had to take take care of."

your lips quiver, falling into a pout. yet, you feel fingers tenderly pat your skull, his gravelly voice filling your ears once more.

"do not fret my sweet, i will return back to our quarters. when i return, you will get all of the affection i know you crave."
