Based of something that happened to my cousin But Reyes getting stuck in some closer as Alec looks for Scott Thinking he's hidden but stuck as Alec stays in the room FOREVER Alec knows he's there but likes that he's trapped and Scott I panic trying to get Alec to leave so Reyes can leave

I really dig the idea of this happening not once but several times? In various states. Like, the first time it happened Scott and Reyes were both very naked- Reyes got the boot and prayed in the closet while Scott tried to unsuccessfully pretend he’d been asleep. Scott’s not subtle. Can’t stop fidgeting or glancing over to the closet, so Alec drags out his really simple question (something like, what do you want for lunch tomorrow, Idk) for about twenty minutes. Alec knows Scott’s trying to get him out. He likes watching his son die a thousand deaths.

The second time Reyes was trying to navigate the air vents (hot as fuck by the way). Ended up in the kitchen and was about to kick the vent out when Alec walked in. Reyes wasn’t sure, but he thought they made eye contact through the vents… But then Alec didn’t do or say anything… he just sat down and poured a MASSIVE cup of coffee. Took him thirty-five minutes to finish. Reyes might have had a heatstroke- he was too scared to try and scoot away, worried even the slightest noise would result in a bullet to the leg or ass. Scott finally shows up and sends Alec to do Pathfinder business- not knowing his boyfriend is having a heart attack in the air vent until he fucking falls out of it gasping for air.

Is Reyes crying? Is it sweat? Who knows.

@blueteaparty If Scott woke up to a 200lb dog laying on him/between him and Reyes he’d flip shit. Reyes would grin at him for about five seconds before he realized his ass wouldn’t even be booted to the couch- he’d be sleeping on Keema’s couch. WITH the dogs he just HAD TO HAVE. 

It wasn’t too bad when they were puppies- Scott could just grab them by the scruff and toss them down. But when they’re fully grown and one wants to eat Scott (in Scott’s professional opinion) things are a lot more high risk and physically demanding. At least the cat is Scott specific and just sleeps on the back of his knees all night.

@leona344 I actually pre ordered this game before I saw all the promising romance shit and baiting- and I don't rrreally regret it. Will I ever pre order another Mass Effect game? No. (But after reading some articles about Bioware Montreal and Mass Effect going on hiatus I doubt that will be an issue for a LONG time.... ahhh... au revoir, Scottie boy. It's been a blast). I'm having fun playing this game, it's just a bit disappointing that I can finish Reyes' romance without actually... ever LEAVING Kadara (technically finish- I know he has a cameo near the end haha) I feel like Reyes could have a very interesting romance- but there's so little of it right now? Hopefully that changes as patches come out, but tbh most of the interest factor for me has come out of my own imagination... there's SO much potential in it thats so easy to tap into... Like, at least give me two emails from the man every few missions or so if he's not gonna be on the Tempest or in the squad lmao.

What do you think Reyes was like as a kid?

(I’ll keep this one brief because I have a few baby Reyes asks I’m gonna get into soon!)

Basically super dramatic but in that quiet kid sort of way. Prone to spacing out because he was so into his own head- too busy creating dramatic alternate outcomes to everyday situations. “An explosion would have made that better.” 

TOO SMART!!!! God, could he work the system. And by system I mean cafeteria system. He could get three lunches out of the lunch ladies without being caught, then he’d set up a trade system. He came out of most trades the clear winner. Kids didn’t even know they were losing the best part of their meal until Reyes was GONE (eating his winnings in the courtyard lmao)

Never got in trouble, but he should have. I’d imagine he’d swipe shit (candy from stores, pencils/crayons/coloring pencils from art class- stuff no one would really miss. LOTS of stuff he’d find laying around- dropped pocket change, rocks, anything that caught his eye. Shiny stuff– kind of like a magpie lmfao) and it’d be very compulsive behavior. He’d build up a collection of “unique” items he’d find, then start trading those (”I’ll give you five crayons and this locket I found for your fruit rollups”)

@captaintigra HA I can imagine THAT conversation!! Scott descends to the planet with a glare and a point, “You can’t keep me away, old man.” (This happened after Scott started beating him down to Kadara and Reyes ofc. Didn’t even know how Scott FOUND him. Guess he didn’t get the message ;D)

Scott hasn’t even hit the ground before he’s calling Reyes up “Dad just grounded me on this FUCKING ICE CUBE.” He’s on Voeld maybe twenty minutes tops before Reyes hits up one of his Resistance connections. Scott’s on Kadara in under an hour.

A day later Alec shows up and finds Scott chilling out in Reyes’ room with his feet propped up, his head in Reyes’ lap, and a smirk on his face. “Don’t worry about the cargo, Dad. Reyes and I took care of that already. His ex was a piece of WORK.”

Reyes smiles, looks up from a datapad, stares Alec dead in the eye and says, “You should keep him on your team, Ryder. Practically took out an entire unit of smugglers by himself. I had no idea your son was so… capable” LOADED.

Alec has a heart attack.

Any future attempts at seperation are met by a petty Reyes who tells Alec negotiations will just NOT be possible without Scott. "You want an outpost? Well, it seems we both want things. I want Scott."
