Here at SFCG, I like to joke and vent about salters among the sea of positive reblogs.

But earlier tonight, i listened to an old favorite song of mine. (Not that old at all,lol)

This is for all of you, sugars and salters, as a reminder to take a moment to step back from all the feuding and anger.

I've only been in a few closed species but somnivores takes the cake for best one. Its so inspiring and feels like it has genuine love put into it. I wish I had the courage to run my own closes species, because somnivores has really inspired me to want to make one. Not for money, but just because it can draw in such a happy little fanbase.

It definitely takes alot of work to make something feel this welcoming and alive. I don’t envy anyone trying to share their world on this way. But take your time, maybe your world will be able to come to life someday!

I love how creative we can get with our bat designs!! with the different ways to proportion bats and the crazy shapes you can make horns wings and tails, the possibilities are endless. and the species still looks cohesive! amazing species

Yes. The flexibility of designing makes Somnivores so fun to keep coming back to. Always surprised with how people can push ideas too.

somnivores is the goat i actually WANT to do prompts and collect trinkets and develop personal lore for my bats bc the world is so fun. i love this species please don't ever die out or get economy crashes
