FACT #37

Two distinctive samples from the Sonic series - the “Get Down!” sample from Sonic CD’s Stardust Speedway and the whispered “slam” sample from Sonic Adventure 2′s “Masters of the Desert” (the King Boom Boo and Egg Golem boss fight theme) - are used in the ending credits theme to the arcade version of the first Virtua Fighter. All three of these SEGA-developed games like pull from the same sample packs (”Get Down” comes from Masterbits RAPsody).

“Whaddya get when you cross a tiger with a hedgehog? ELECTRONIC SONIC!” is an actual quote in a commercial for an LCD Sonic game. This confirms that genetically cloning a tiger and a hedgehog together will somehow produce an electronic Sonic the Hedgehog.
