I bought this shirt yesterday, and it was the nail in the coffin for me: I’m positive this is how Episode 9 is going to end!
If you haven't played Undertale and don't want to get spoiled here's the important part to note about this theory:
Caine WILL be coming back in a terrifyingly realistic-looking form. (Think of this T-shirt but more realistic like Gummigoo's face was in Ep 8... 😱)
There will be MULTIPLE ENDINGS, including a TRUE HIDDEN ENDING that the community will need to work together to find!

Part 1: Omega Caine
When I walked into Hot Topic and saw this shirt i was BLOWN away because I already have had theories that Caine will be back in episode 9 but this was the first time that I realized... This version of Caine on this shirt looks EXTREMLY "realistic" in a VERY creepy way... And then it hit me. This merch trailer is just a HUGE spoiler for episode 9!
Episode 9 needs to resolve Kinger being with Queenie in the fort. And as crazy as this sounds I believe there might be an important time-related component where we realize the events of episode 3 didn't happen in the PAST but in the PRESENT.
And so from this trailer we can see that some crazy string of events will happen where Kinger will reunite with Queenie and when he does... BOOM!
OMEGA CAINE RETURNS!!!
You can even see it in this Animiniz! This is called "Intermission Caine" in the series BUT in a Glitch commercial they call him "Survivor Caine"
(By the way... I believe Caine is actually a "vessel" that contains the minds of 3 separate AI and that "Omega Caine" will actually be Bubble in control of Caine's new body but... that will take a long time to explain so just know that I think Caine WILL be back and MORE evil but it will be BUBBLE/ABEL who have full control this time)

Part 2: Multiple Endings
I've been hearing rumors of "multiple endings" and I wasn't sure what to think about them. But with THIS theory AND the fact that I have other theories about how episodes 3, 6, and 9 are going to be VERY related to each other... I realized we already have this concept!
In Mildenhall Manor the gang splits up into TEAMS and one ends up taking the Pacifist Route while the other team takes a route that sends them to HELL.
IF we get OMEGA Caine, then it's not a ridiculous idea to think that the theatrical release of TADC might be the "neutral ending" and the community itself may have to piece together the series of clues left behind in the show which would let them find both the GENOCIDE and PACIFIST endings! (And possibly even a fourth ending but we'll talk about that if we need to... just... noting it for now...)
People are always asking me "Danny what are you going to make content about after TADC ends?"
THIS. TADC. I truly believe that episode 9 will open the eyes of many of the community and you will all start to see this show like I see it! I'm so excited for that future and ESPECIALLY because if there IS multiple endings, it will really incentivize people to try and understand Gooseworx' FULL vision! SO SO SO COOL!
Yes this is a theory... but I say with full confidence that this is way less "theory" than you all might think. And knowing that it's VERY likely that we're going to be getting an Undertale ending FILLS me with DETERMINATION!

“I really should have killed you when I had the chance. . .”
so this isn't the canon ending, but i thought it would be interesting if, rather than undyne calling alphys before she died, she finished the letter she meant to write before the human arrived (which would be the same letter later in pacifist route). it's a very rushed letter, but she manages to use her last bit of determination to write as much as she can.
in the pacifist route, undyne forgets to write her signature on the letter. i decided to keep her signature in, because of course, when theres hardly any monsters that would prank alphys at a time like this, the signature would be there.
alphys finds this note herself when searching for undyne after the battle with the human. it gives her the same determination as when undyne calls in the original ending, and she becomes the ruler of the underground.
Kind of morbid thought... if the power differential between humans and monsters is really do severe, then post-Pacifist Ending Undertale, what exactly is stopping humanity from doing what they do best and just genociding the remaining monsters to oblivion with incomprehensible overwhelming force? If even one particularly ill-willed child is enough to destroy them all, with 12,000 monsters vs 7 billion humans, it would only take a handful of bigots to finish what humanity started with the war. It would probably be like crushing a particularly delicate and unique insect for all the effort it would take.
So this is how Max is supposed to look like after the genocide end guys... she looks awful, this is the result of years of abuse by her so called best friend.
Anyway, my ending was shit, I got backstabbed by Daniel and IT HURT. You take care of your precious children, teach them to wreck and murder, and when you need it the most, they wuss out and leave you alone. What have I done wrong?!
The game is still great though, really surprising, and people told there’s a grand total of SEVEN endings? I thought it was only four of them...? I gotta replay the last episode next week and see if I can change anything, but the ending I got was very disappointing.
