Israel isn't going to keep up their end of the deal.
They want a "cleansed" lebensraum for their ethnostate, and they want fields of rubble and corpses that they can simply pave over and build beach front resorts on.
They have made both points extremely clear in internal memos, to the Israeli press, and in multiple conferences of developers pitching their ideas for what will "replace" Gaza.
And they have made the first point extremely clear with 80 years of genocide and walk-backed deals.
