Alhaitham + Kaveh headcanon: Protection
Alhaitham refuses to refer to Kaveh as his senior.
The sole reason is that he saw Kaveh putting himself in danger just to help some youngsters whom Kaveh considered his juniors back when he was a student at the Akademiya. If someone can be that stubborn on account of something as insignificant as a “senior (unnecessary) responsibility” – going overboard for those who don’t even know how to return a thank after; If him calling Kaveh a senior means accidentally listing himself under the list of “helpless people who need Superman Kaveh’s protection” then Alhaitham will decline with every ounce of sanity he has left – after knowing how reckless Kaveh can be for the sake of helping everyone he bumps in. As if Alhaitham can’t protect himself.
