Motivating words from a Geologist <3

This is for all of you that are really struggling right now

Metamorphic rocks are formed when either a sedimentary or igneous rock undergoes extreme heat, pressure, and stress. Let's use limestone for an example. Limestone by itself is beautiful and amazing, but when it is exposed to heat, pressure, and stress it transforms into marble, one of the most valuable rocks in the world. Right now you are that limestone, but I promise that if you hold out against the heat, pressure, and stress you will one day become marble.
