Georgian mahogany chest of draws
This chest of draws come in for restoration, the chest was in a reasonable condition, their was a lot of dirt on the surface , the carcass had a few veneer repairs around the carcass, with the biggest being, the damage to the veneer in the bottom rail and the Triple line around the bottom of the carcass, these were replaced .The draw runners were in a reasonable condition and would only require me to grease up the runners to help the smooth operation . Their was very little wear for a change. The chest was cleaned and then French polished. The handles were changed for overal platehandles to cover up damage from previous handles wrongly fitted in the past .

Antique Georgian bracket clock restoration
The bracket clock come in for restoration with damage to veneers around the carcass, shrinking to the top pagoda, damage to the redoor. After all repairs were carried out the case was cleaned and then French polished . The brass was cleaned before putting back on with red silk behind the side panels and top .The case was now ready for the dial and movement once restored .

George lll mahogany bookcase
The mahogany bookcase , of small proportion come in for restoration the draws had cockbeading broken and missing, the top veneers were blistered and would require attention, the glass door had a broken pain and would require attention as well , with the Glass being replaced
After all repairs were carried out the bookcase was cleaned and waxed.the later brass handles were cleaned only

Antique mahogany 1840 century bowed chest of draws
The chest of draws come in for restoration after being damaged through houseflood, the water damaging the finish and veneers. The water also damaged the old repairs, causing some to loosen and fool of.
The repairs were carried and the chest needed restoration ion to draw runners and carcass veneers. After all repairs were carried out the chest was French polished and waxed , with the later brass handles cleaned and put back on

Antique mahogany Georgian dining table restoration The mahogany dining table come in for restoration after surface was damaged with water marks to top and loose legs. The table was made up from and two Demi Lune d ends and large centre table either could be left as a single dining table measuring 112 inches long and 55 inches wide or broken down to two side tables and larger centre table nearly 5ft wide Each plank of timber was 28 inches wide and the table was made from only four planks of timber of which only come from two logs originally as the tops were a mirror image.
