Earth, Wind & Fire - Reasons
Charles Lloyd's discography seems to be a collection of several known musicians, he collaborated with many greats, including Chico Hamilton, a jazz drummer. One of their best cooperations might be A Different Journey, where both of them are joined by George Bohanon, Gabor Szabo and Albert Stinson. Mr. Hamilton admired them, the review at Allmusic states he called them the finest band he ever had. I would agree with that assertion, since they complement each other in a great manner, which is, if you ask me, one of the most necessary components of working in a jazz group. Moreover, the LP consists of many gems, such as the one in the link, where you can notice their precision. You ask yourself about the venues they could have taken, had they carried on.
