Heathcliff
Based on the comic strip created by George Gately, Heathcliff the cat has appeared in a number of animated projects. The first was produced by Ruby-Spears in 1980 and was entitled ‘Heathcliff and The Dingbats’ (changed to ‘Heathcliff and Marmaduke’ for its second season). The segments centered on Heathcliff featured the orange cat up to his usual hi jinx, thieving fish and making wisecrack jokes while also helping others around his neighborhood.
DIC Enterprises acquired Heathcliff in 1984 and produced a new cartoon entitled Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats. Herein Heathcliff’s exploits continued along with segments featuring a gang of ally cats known as the Catillac Cats. Led by the long-whiskered lothario, Riff-Raff, the gang’s misadventures usually centered on hair-brained schemes and capers to steal food. Sometimes Heathcliff would join the Catillac Cats in their adventures.
The indomitable Mel Blanc voiced Heathcliff in each of these shows; as well as in the anthology film, ‘Heathcliff: The Movie.’

So for these 3 comic strips of DOAHC small strips, my stepdad had commissioned me to draw the 3 strips each in a different art style of 3 comics he liked:
Garfield
Heathcliff
Calvin & Hobbes
So, did I do it?
YES I DID!
(Tw: On The Jim Davis Styled Comic, I added some blood-)
Top Cat and his gang, sans Brain and Fancy Fancy, were featured in a Heathcliff comic September 12, 2021 with a multitude of other cats from other cartoons, comics, books, etc. Heathcliff does indeed throw the sickest parties!
