I can't believe that this gorgeous 1902 Georgian Revival mansion in Muncie, IN is under $1m. The 6bd, 4ba, 11,116sqft home was reduced $30k to $765k. This, however, is the 2nd time it's been listed and this time it's been on the market for 151 days.

Look at the size of this entrance hall. Gorgeous wood.

The beautiful sitting room is off the main hall and has pocket doors plus a lovely fireplace.

This area w/the beautiful built-ins and columns is an extension of the sitting room.

The reception room is so pretty, too.
