“Lou is the WORST. She had to go and read Katie's journal, which is a total invasion of privacy. How many times is Lou going to spy on others and flip out over nothing? Also, why was Lou (besides the fact she's Lou) so freaked out that her daughter had a crush? So what? It's normal at Katie's age to get crushes, but of course Lou had to flip out. And the whole comment about how the reason Katie's been so distant was due to her crush, just shows how little Lou knows her daughter or is even involved. No, Lou, it's because she feels like an outcast and that she's stuck in Georgie's shadow, that she'll never be enough. She's literally been saying this all season. Then what, when the Lou/Katie conversation FINALLY happens, Lou's going to act all surprised? “
