Not as bad as I thought it would have been. Especially as I'm at 105kg, between 20-25% bf (at least), doing no cardio and have been eating pretty (very) poorly. And I'd just had a coffee. Having said that, I have been training at a very high intensity (German Body Composition Training) which couples relatively heavy weight with medium and moderate weight/high reps sets with minimal rest.
