Nose: Warm and piny notes Palate: This cherry blossom is exciting and new taste in gin to me. Smooth and pleasant taste, in middle of taste I get pine scent in my mind. Taste is warm and tickle in mouth in end. Smooth might be the best word to describe this gin Gintonic I mixed Cherryblossom gin with ParkTonic Classic tonic water. Gt gets cloudy colour in glass. Taste is crispy and fresh, and you get hint of cherry notes in taste.
