I've been using a mix of language apps (duolingo and bluebird have been my main) as well as trying to find german dubs of shows I enjoy (such as good omens, animes, etc.) I also have a pocket travel book. And when I remember or get in the mood for it, disney has the german dub for most of their songs on spotify. I've yet to check it out, but I've found some german kids shows and my grandfather happens to have an old german textbook from when he was in college. Local libraries also have german language books for A1 and up (at least to B2). Randomly speaking german has been a good way for me to stick the grammar, so is speaking english with the german grammar sometimes. I've annoyed my sibling (who constantly speaks the little bit of spanish he knows) by saying thank you in german.
