Last night, geronispooky, who has never seen Defiance but has heard me ranting about it multiple times, said this gem to me and I did not wish for it to get lost in the depths of my inbox:

"Being a Defiance fan seems like when you’ve drank a can of Starbucks doubleshot-energy and you stay up for about thirty-six hours straight then come down with a grand feeling of “what the fuck just happened” and lots of really weak smiles. I’m not sure, but that’s my guess."

I believe this is probably the most accurate description of this show and she hasn't even seen it.

if you're talking about me, i'm so, SO desperately sorry about that. you don't know how effing much i regret that and i could never regret a single decision more than that. i'll never speak again on this website.

I actually didn't realize it was you. And I hadn't seen the backlash that happened from the post yet. I'm SO so sorry about that, dealing with that sort of thing is never any fun. 

And don't feel like you can't talk anymore on this site. We've all said and done things we have regretted later, especially when we are frustrated. And the way things are in the DW fandom is definitely very frustrating.
