I have just recovered from a 3 hour panic attack that started when I was driving to work. I took 7 mg of klonopin and it helped calm me down as well as talking with my friends at work about goofy things. Really, the medicine really really helps, but the talking gets my mind off the whole ‘you are panicking. your heart is racing. your whole mind hurts. you are going to die’ mentality and just focus on inane crap and after a while, my anxiety goes away. Now, thanks to the insane amount of medicine I took, I’m super chill spaghetti boy.

I blame the panic attack on drinking last night and not getting enough sleep. I had been good ALL week with my sleep but I just HAD to stay up and be on tumblr and watch ONE MORE episode of one of my favorite shows. I knew my boss would be on vacation today so I thought I could deal with less sleep. BAD IDEA, KEITH. BAD IDEA!!!
