A = Aftercare (what they’re like after sex)
Like Caracalla, aftercare isn't something Geta thinks of. Whoever is warming his bed is quickly tossed out once they're no longer of use to him.
He would need to be coaxed into seeing the value in it, but if he's close to you, he'll eventually see it your way. He'll press kisses to the parts of you where he's left bruises, and feed you little bits of food to replenish your energy if he's been particularly rough with you. He won't openly admit it, but he enjoys seeing you so spent and reliant on him like this.
B = Body part (their favorite body part of theirs and also their partner’s)
Geta likes his hands. He likes the power that they hold - how, with a click of his fingers, he can have someone on their knees, or how he can take someone's throat and squeeze. How he can spare or take a man's life with a turn of his wrist.
He's also quite tall by Ancient Rome's standards, and he'd enjoy using the leverage of it to look down on those beneath him (in every sense).
He'd be fond of your mouth, especially if you're particularly skilled at using it. Hearing your gasps of pleasure would only serve to make his ego worse than it already is, and he'd want to coax more and more sounds from you. You're his little songbird.
C = Cum (anything to do with cum, basically)
Geta likes to mark things as his, in practically every way that he can. He might not enjoy the mess of it like Caracalla would, but becoming so overwhelmed by your touch that he spills onto your skin would certainly be a sight to behold.

He would never admit it aloud, but Geta has fantasies about being dominated. Of you above him, holding him down and taking pleasure from him, dressed lavishly in his robes and wearing his laurels, while he wears nothing. Geta has an entire empire to oversee, and while he loves having so much power, the sheer amount of responsibility on his shoulders exhausts him. He secretly wants someone to wield that control over him, even for a little while. He wants to be taken care of, to be lost in something that isn't what he knows. This is definitely something that would take a lot of time and trust for him to reveal to you.
E = Experience (how experienced are they? do they know what they’re doing?)
Geta has a fair amount of experience, but finds it difficult to indulge himself often due to his imperial duties. Sex is often a form of stress relief for him - quick, rough and for release. If the concubine he's chosen for the night happens to climax too, it's purely by chance.
He doesn't take well to criticism - being far too used to getting his own way and always surrounded by sycophantic 'yes' men. As a result, he has a much better opinion of his skills than is really appropriate. He'd have to really care for you to learn how best to please you as well. Your reactions would certainly be incentive enough for him to set his pride aside, though.
F = Favorite position (this goes without saying)
Geta has a difficult time giving up control, so it would take a while for him to step outside of what he knows (such as being on top or having his lover on all fours when he's particularly pent up).
If he'll allow himself to be vulnerable, he'd have you in his lap, murmuring his praises into the crook of your neck, holding you close as you both chase release.
(And if he's really pent up, he's not opposed to having you against a wall or on your knees.)
G = Goofy (are they more serious in the moment? are they humorous? etc.)
Geta is far too uptight for any kind of silliness during sex. He's prideful and despises feeling embarrassed, so if your heads bump together or his rings catch in your hair because you're both too caught up in the heat of it all, it will be very quickly brushed aside as if it never happened.
H = Hair (how well groomed are they? does the carpet match the drapes? etc.)
Geta puts a lot of effort into his appearance - or rather, his attendants do at his behest. It won't do for him to look slovenly or any less fitting for the pedestal that he's spent his life on.
Red was a coveted hair colour, as it was seen as a sign of good luck, so it's possible that Geta isn't actually a natural redhead - if so, perhaps it's an attempt to further mould himself into the image of what the Roman people expect of a ruler.
I = Intimacy (how are they during the moment? the romantic aspect)
This would depend on how he feels about you, as by no means is he a typical romantic. He likes eye contact during sex, as seeing your expressions and reactions makes everything feel all the more intense for him. If you close your eyes, he'll insist you open them again - he wants all of your attention on him.
J = Jack off (masturbation headcanon)
This is something he prefers to do in private (unlike Caracalla). In his eyes, there's something too vulnerable and submissive about letting someone see him like that.
He might let you watch him, though, if you've gained his trust. Have him sat between your legs while you hold him against you and tell him how good he is - he'll fall apart in mere minutes.
K = Kink (one or more of their kinks)
Geta has a breeding kink. The mere thought of fucking you until he fills you is enough to get him worked up.
It's also likely that he feels the pressure to sire an heir. If you're able to have children, he'll find himself thinking about you, round with child - his child - until it threatens to drive him mad with desire.
L = Location (favorite places to do the do)
His chambers are the most preferred, as he isn't as fond of having an audience as Caracalla seems to be.
That being said, he isn't entirely immune to his own thoughts, and he'd quickly fall prey to the idea of having you on his throne.
M = Motivation (what turns them on, gets them going)
Subjugation is a big motivator for Geta. He loves having you bend to his whim, sitting at his feet and worshipping him like a god.
Although, it's not entirely out of the question for the two of you to be tearing at each other's clothes after a lover's quarrel that became too heated far too quickly.
N = No (something they wouldn’t do, turn offs)
He's not opposed to a little public exhibition if it's with a concubine, but if he cares for you, his jealousy and possessiveness will definitely get the better of him. He'll keep you all to himself, and no one will see you in the throes of pleasure but him. In his eyes, no one else is worthy.
O = Oral (preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.)
Like many men of the time period, Geta sees giving oral sex as something that's far beneath him, especially as an Emperor.
But he'll think about it. A lot. Until it even begins to plague his dreams.
He hopes you'll be the one to suggest it, because his ego is just too damn big to bring himself to do it.
P = Pace (are they fast and rough? slow and sensual? etc.)
If he's in a teasing mood, he'll take it slow, as he enjoys seeing you lost in pleasure under him. He's more inclined to a fast and rough pace, particularly when he's pent up with stress.
Q = Quickie (their opinions on quickies, how often, etc.)
These are definitely for more difficult days, when meetings with the Senate have dragged on for far longer than they should have, or if he and his brother have been at each other's throats beyond their usual level of bickering.
R = Risk (are they game to experiment? do they take risks? etc.)
What is a risk to an Emperor? He can do as he pleases, and anyone who stands in his way will face his wrath.
He'd want to have you in the Emperor's box of the Colosseum - he'd be very careful about it, not wanting to attract any attention to what he's doing. He'd expect you to keep quiet and focus on the games, while he has you so close to him that you might as well be in his lap, his hand inching slowly under your tunica.
He'd have the audacity to look concerned at your uneven breaths and flushed cheeks when he's finally finished with you, asking if you're feeling unwell while a knowing smile pulls at the corners of his mouth.
S = Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)
If he isn't terribly pent up, Geta can go for a while. Once is usually enough for him, but it's certainly long enough to make up for it.
T = Toys (do they own toys? do they use them? on a partner or themselves?)
If they existed back then in the same way that they do now, Geta would not be amenable at all. Isn't he more than enough for you without the interference of some object? It would take a lot of convincing for him to change his mind, so I wouldn't expect an easy victory on this one.
U = Unfair (how much they like to tease)
Geta can be terrible for teasing when the mood takes him. His touch will become featherlight, he'll pull just out of reach when you try to kiss him. If he knows that you're getting close, he'll deliberately slow his pace, holding your hips tightly to still you. He won't move again until you beg for mercy.
V = Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)
He isn't completely quiet, but hardly the loudest either. He'll often clench his teeth and the sounds that escape him will be rough and harsh, leaving his voice a little hoarse by the time he's finished.
W = Wild card (a random headcanon for the character)
As part of his duties, Geta has to travel on occasion, and depending on the destination, these trips can take quite some time. He'll make sure that you're his only companion in his carriage, and have you in his lap or on your knees to entertain him.
The roads are often so rocky and uneven, who would even notice?
X = X-ray (let’s see what’s going on under those clothes)
Geta is certainly more invested in a grooming routine than Caracalla. He has a wider frame, and is a little softer in some areas of his body. He has little scratches and scars scattered across his skin from trying to keep his brother under control over the years.
Y = Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)
Geta can get so caught up in his duties that sex is sometimes the furthest thing from his mind, especially when he's exhausted.
He isn't fond of being apart from you for too long, though. The longer you're away from your place by his side, the rougher and clingier he is when you return to him.
Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)
It would take Geta a while to fall asleep afterwards, no matter how long or rough the night was. He'll pull you into his arms, neither of you saying a word, until fatigue, and your comforting warmth, finally wear him down.
