Ain’t nothing to it but to get through it! When you love the effort the effort becomes effortless this split week inbetween my general training hst! It’s admittedly a nice break in the cycle and definitely gives the body a true rest and recoup! My heart rate feels relaxed my muscles even tough quite stiff the next day recoups we’ll and there’s plenty of time before the next session! Diets upping the carbs a little and I’ve yet to get to cardio, which I should be running by now but I’m still struggling with the cold here and there! #training update!
