Not fast but better than nothing. For the past couple of weeks I've been fighting a really bad cold. Today I decided that I was well enough to push myself out the door. The minute I stepped outside it started to snow. ❄️☃😥. The first km was an long uphill walk around the neighbourhood, and the remaining distance was a satisfying run/walk. Still coughing, still sneezing, still sweating. So far so good. January and February were just brutal. A knee injury and some unexpected dental work sent me into a serious slump.
