Digging this intermittent fasting of eating for only 8 hours and no food for 16 hours. Typically doing 12pm to 8pm or 1pm to 9pm and some days it’s 14-15 hours, but weight has been at 280 lbs and already seeing some change, but mainly I actually feel much better. Going to be learning as much as I can about this as there is definitely something to it and not force feeding the body every 2-3 hours. The key thing is getting enough calories in the 8 hours, but hasn’t been a problem so far in the beginning stages. Couldn’t get a clear pic this time, but going to try and post more as I keep this up now that my body is healing and I’m feeling more like myself again. I really suggest that if you have had trouble with your weight to look into this intermittent fasting. There are various ways to do it, but I’m sure there’s a way to do it for it to work for most people. I find myself drinking a lot more of the Finish It BCAA’s and it keeps me from being hungry as well on the final hours. #gethungry #Bcaa #feedmemoreNutrition #VeganFriendly #supplements #weights #fit #fitness #Ryback #fitgirls #GlutenFree #GNC #VitaminShoppe #SportsNutrition #fatburner #VitaminWorld #WWE #igfit #workingout #igfitfam #amazon ##Weightlifting #Supplements #Stevia #Lvac #lvacnorth #IonNutrition #preworkout #grassfedwhey
