Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream
Creamy Ethiopian Berbere Curry (via Get Inspired Everyday)
Summer Strawberry Kombucha Mocktail !
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 – 12 ounce can Strawberry Spindrift
1 – 16 ounce bottle GT’s Strawberry Serenity Kombucha
1–2 strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
Optional: mint, basil, or lemon balm 1-2 leaves per serving
Optional sweetener if desired, see notes
Instructions:
If you’re using one of the herbs, place 1-2 leaves in each of the 2 glasses. Then using the back of a spoon, crush the leaves against the side of the glass.
Next fill each glass almost halfway with kombucha, then pour Spindrift to within 1/2″ of the top.
Fill the remaining space with ice cubes, and enjoy right away.
Notes:
We’ve never sweetened these, but I’ve had guests ask for a touch of sweetener. I added about 1 Teaspoon Grade A amber maple syrup, but you can add whatever tastes right to you.
