Progress/Patience - I will shoot a controlled arrow or I will not shoot it at all. However - I overdraw/collapse into anchor. The string hit my shirt and hat. After the shot my bow arm dropped. Sloppy biomechanics even if the arrow went where I wanted it to. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 sides to everything - mental and physical. Neither one is more important and both are of the utmost importance! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What I love about archery is it teaches you so much about how you live life. Every shot is an opportunity to chase perfection. Every opportunity in life is a chance to find your best.
