Zendesk is our work flow for:
Incoming leads: we have macros to try to convert them, and can take the ticket into a job.
Job process: we have macros to reply to job requests and move the ticket through the whole process from post to getting paid.
Applicant process: macros to reply to many applicants at once and move them through from application to Sweeper.
