So, it's not "not" racist as hell. On the plus side, The Doors make an appearance lol. Okay, okay, okay. This movie is tricky. I'm not saying it's out right racist, but it's hard to critique qithout mentioning the several dozen Mexican and Latino male stereotypes gratuitously used through out the movie. Further, any thought I once had of Sylvester Stallone being able to act vanished in the first 30min. Predictably doesn't even come close to describing this. It's not even about being melodramatic, but the dialogue and individual performances reminded me of something that belonged in the 80s. It's not even about being "woke" so much as it's not about any respect for a culture he beats with a ballping hammer. Literally. I think it was suppose to be a "man pushed to far" kinda thing, so he "has to do what he has to do," but it comes off to me as 3 tons of sh*t in a 2 ton Paper Bag. I hope, some day, maybe in the future, Americans will make more trips to Mexico and not just to the damn beach. Maybe, one day, will have more people see Diego Riveras Mexico, and not the Boogie Man that's been crrated. This movie was also political from the start really. This was a fun house/orgy of violence, which heck I'm sure many will enjoy. There should not now, nor should there EVER be a character in a movie set in Mexico that gratuitously uses the word "homez." 😒 I mean EVERY stereotype is here, except the overly happy Mariachi Band members egar to entertain the bourgeois at dinner 😒 This 💩 was such a good movie for crazy people who fantasize about killing in large numbers creative / Medieval ways. #Rambo #RamboLastBlood #LastBlood #ShitShow #GetTheGringo #Via #ViaConDios #sylvesterstallone #NotSure #ThisMightBeRacist #Mexico #Mexican #MAGA #TheDoors (at Rave Motion Picture Huber Heights16) https://www.instagram.com/p/B3k4ss9hlCj/?igshid=6m1bvou25ocn
