Some fics with people enacting revenge schemes or otherwise trying to get even.

Caveat Inimici (FF) - "Hermione is a sister to Harry, a mother to Rose and Hugo, a wife to Ron...and a Legilimens and Unspeakable. She is also very, very angry. A look at a Hermione who developed the instincts she evidenced with Marietta and Umbridge. AU, but canon-compliant."

The Willing (AO3) - "During his eighth year, Harry discovers Theo Nott under the influence of Amortentia. He manages to stop anything from happening, but he can’t help feeling a little protective of him. It doesn’t help that Nott feels he owes Harry something, no matter how much Harry insists that there’s no debt between them."

Sakura of the Red Sand (AO3) - "Sasori hates Hatake Kakashi. He meets a young girl with reason to hate the man too, and finds the perfect opportunity for revenge. If he accidentally builds a family along the way, well. He always was exemplary at exceeding expectations."

For the most part, Hawks thinks the rumors are probably mostly bullshit. What he knows is, Dabi is an asshole. A hot asshole who may have saved his life, but an asshole nonetheless."

Bonus: Drink up, Alicent (AO3) - "As the days passed, amidst the tumult of emotions, there bloomed a newfound resolve. Rhaenyra decided she didn't not care if this was reality or a dream, she didn't care if this was a curse or a blessing, she would live as she wanted to. What was there to lose?
