i have coughed so much my stomach muscles hurt. If I don't get some sick abs from this I'm gonna be so pissed.

i have coughed so much my stomach muscles hurt. If I don't get some sick abs from this I'm gonna be so pissed.
since joining weight watchers and the gym I lost 6 pounds! and I can start to see some ab definition! I'm on my way to being healthy!!!
So I went for a run today for the first time in forever, and it felt good.
I'm really out of shape compared to how I have been, but even so I can still run constantly (ok, jog) for half an hour, so I feel okay about that. I have a group of friends and we've decided we're going to run together every day and I'm excited to be motivated to get in shape again.
Also, I only eat the equivalent of like one or one and a half meals a day, for the sole reason that I'm just not hungry. I don't know why, I'm just not. It's probably not that healthy but I'm not noticing anything bad so I guess I just have a tiny appetite?
Also I've started watching The Walking Dead and just finished it and HOLY CRAP good show. Also really gruesome but worth it.
This has been a random update on my life.
So this week is not going to be easy. Cutting out all forms of refined sugars: any sodas, candy, chocolate, etc. That won't be the difficult part though, because I can easily cut those things out of my diet, but this week is bases solely on toning and building endurance.
I'm going down to Louisville this weekend to go see Jonathan. What he says will be fun is going to be hella embarrassing for me. The guy can easily run six miles, and his life is revolved around training. He wants to take me to the YMCA and help me with anything. He's going to be a huge factor in my strength and motivation. And he plans on helping me every step of the way. That means a lot to me.
Now I just have to work hard before this weekend, so I don't make as big of a full of myself. This is going to be awesome. :)

Just wanted to say I've lost eleven pounds in the last month... On my way to being in shape for drum corps! :))
My body is so sooorrrreee... Better be hurting now than at spring training, I guess.
And it feels good knowing I'm putting forth a complete, honest effort to finally get myself into shape, not JUST for drum corps, but for myself. My weight has been extra baggage for the majority of my life, and it feels amazing to be putting serious effort into changing my life.
And I love being able to swim regularly again.

My brother and I are walking to the football field to run around and do stuff that will make me feel super out of shape.
