Doing it the Anthony Robins way...
..the way that has worked so far for so many, including myself. But I actually never finished the program, due to many reasons, and at the moment am far too lazy to start to listen to them again from the beginning. So I’ll just use the tips that I remember and hopefulyl get back to listening to the tapes later. In the meantime, here is one of the best tips I got:
Tip #1: Write everything you eat down.
Why? Because overeating is a habit and just by writing your food down your are disrupting the ‘habit-links’ in your brain. Personally, I just found it much easier to know how much I’ve eaten and when it’s ok to ‘indulge’ in more food, and when I know I’ve had enough. Today, I ate:
Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 bananas
Lunch: Small bowl of brown rice with steamed vegatables and beans (around 7 white beans) and 2 teaspoons of chilli sauce. + a salat with a pesto olive oil dressing and a big teaspoon of hummus. Snack: 23 grapes, 1 carrot, 2 slices of mango.
Dinner: dip-bowl of kimchi
1 bowl of salat with hummus 1 big tsp and around 50gr of beans,
1 smallish bowl of brown rice with steamed veggies and that’s it! Was a good day, have had good energy levels and now I’m going to watch a movie with a friend that’s coming over :3 Goal for tomorrow: leave a small amount of food on my plate in one of my meals.
